For the Record . . .

I think it should be Florida vs. Ohio State for the National Championship.

Yes, Michigan is a fine team that gave Ohio State quite a contest a few weeks ago. But that's the point: they already had a contest a few weeks ago.

Florida won the SEC Championship, having to beat a top 10 team in the Championship Game to do so; they managed to get through the hardest ranked schedule in the country with only a road loss to a top 10 team (at the time); and they played thirteen games this year, as opposed to the more typical schedule of twelve games.

Let's see that battle of the SEC vs. the Big Ten--much more entertaining than a second dose of Big Ten rivalry.
