| Oh, We Could Only Be So Lucky. .
If, as the story goes, we have al-Zawahiri surrounded, that would be big news, indeed. But let's not get out ahead of ourselves. . . One can't help but notice the increased effert from the Pakistani side of the fence lately. I'm not certain, but it seems as if the trail goes from Pak involvement, to a deal not to prosecute AQ Kahn, to American intelligence uncovering AQ Kahn's black market. Both a success for American intel and for American diplomacy. Wonder if that trail of reasoning will show up on one of the mainstream analyses. | |
